Formulation & Packaging Selection
We provide options open to client to provide their formulation for the product or else we can develop a new one according to the needs. Also, we have various options in packaging and designing to give your product a feel.
Cost Estimation & Approval
After completing the prior process, we evaluate the estimation of cost for the process included and provide you the best one for the approval to initiate.
Registration at FDCA
Before starting the process the formulation is registered under FDCA to legalize the ideation and to ensure the harmlessness.
RM & PM Procurement
We value our customers. Our first priority is to listen to the clients with uninterrupted attention, giving life to your ideation.
Commercial Production
After gathering the essentials the first production comes onboard to execute the procedure. This is performed under strict supervision to exclude minor errors.
QC Check – Production
The first batch is then sent for quality check to ensure that the final product has turned out to be the actual one of the imagination. A team of experienced people examines the product and add the required inputs if needed to match the standards.
Filling & Packaging
Once the approval is received from QC team, the filling & packaging process starts to deliver the product under committed timeline. Highest quality and most efficient custom packaging solutions.
QC Check – packing
Even the packaging of the product goes under the quality check. To meet the requirement of packing procedures and packing standards. We ensure that your products make it to their destination unharmed.
Dispatch
The final stage of dispatch has been taken utmost care. We deliver your product at your doorstep to relieve you from unnecessary hassle. The dispatching team handle the whole journey under proper supervision, so that you receive the product as delivered.
